1. Combine 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil with 3 tablespoons of baking soda in a small bowl until you create a paste. Mix the ingredients with a fork until the mix looks like regular toothpaste.
2. Moisten your toothbrush with warm water and place the mix on it enough to cover the brushing area. Brush your teeth in a circular motion with coconut oil and baking soda concentrating on a small group of teeth at a time.
