    You need:

    – a mixing bowl,

    – a spoon,

    – a fork,

    – a toothbrush,

    – one cup.

    Directions:

    1. Combine 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil with 3 tablespoons of baking soda in a small bowl until you create a paste. Mix the ingredients with a fork until the mix looks like regular toothpaste.

    2. Moisten your toothbrush with warm water and place the mix on it enough to cover the brushing area. Brush your teeth in a circular motion with coconut oil and baking soda concentrating on a small group of teeth at a time. Brush your tongue and spread the paste to remove bacteria and to freshen your breath.

    3. Rinse your mouth with a cup of water and avoid spitting water into the sink. Spit on a garbage bag and throw it away. Coconut oil hardens at low temperatures, so some of the oil spilled in the pipes could plug your sink when cold water is used.

    4. Continue this process several times a week to experience the benefits of brushing your teeth with coconut oil.
