How to make Homemade Natural Toothpaste.

 I will present you a recipe for a natural toothpaste without fluoride in its composition. This homemade toothpaste will help you to whiten your teeth in a natural way. Recently, It was discovered that on long term, the fluoride have negative effect on human brain. Many firms that produce toothpaste, removed or diminished the quantity of fluoride from composition. Bio toothpaste is very expensive and not everybody can afford it. Create your own natural toothpaste, healthy and cheap. The toothpaste have 2 important roles. Is abrasive for cleaning the spots and the tartar. Also, have a lubricating role, that refreshes your breath and make the brushing process more pleasant.

 Ingredients for natural toothpaste:

•2 spoons of water

•1 teaspoon of clay

•2 teaspoons of xylitol

•2 teaspoons of glycerin

•1 teaspoon of baking soda

•1 spoon of coconut oil

•5-7 drops of essential oil ( mint, lemon, orange, eucalyptus etc)

 Preparation:

 Put in a bowl the baking soda, water and glycerin. Heat them at low temperature. M.ix them until the water evaporate and turn off the fire. Add the coconut oil, xylitol, clay and essential oil. Mix well all the ingredients. Put the obtained mixture in a recipient.

 All the used ingredients have a role. Baking soda is a great scrub. Removes the tartar from the teeth and whiten them. Personally, I wash my teeth once time per week with baking soda and it is really working. Xylitol protects the teeth against caries. Using the essential oil, you can give to your toothpaste the desired essence.

 Do not forget that is a BIO toothpaste, perishable. Is it ideal to prepare small quantities (enough for 2 weeks) Keep the toothpaste at room temperature. Also, this toothpaste is suitable for pregnant women, who want to eliminate the  daily ingested toxins. I suggest you to keep the toothpaste in glass vases, covered. You take the toothpaste from the recipient using toothbrush.
