• Natural remedies against dry skin.

     

    Dry skin is a very common problem both for women and men. When we talk about beauty, we talk about a healthy skin. The skin is the mirror of a woman. It is her business card. I will suggest you some natural masks against dry with. You can prepare them with ingredients from your kitchen.

     

    1. Avocado and jojoba mask against dry skin

     

    Ingredients:

     

    •1/2 avocado fruit

     

    •2-3 teaspoons of jojoba oil ( you can also use almond, olive oil etc.)

     

    •1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil

     

    Preparation: Using a fork, smash a mature avocado( green, not brown) until is obtained a paste. Add the vitamin E oil and mix well. Apply the obtained mask on your clean face. You can also apply it in the neck. Leave the mask to action for 20-40 minutes . Rinse your skin with warm water. If is necessary, apply a moiturizer on your face.

     

    2. Avocado and cream against dry skin

     

    Ingredients:

     

    •1/2 avocado fruit

     

    •1/3 cup of fat cream

     

    •2 teaspoons of honey

     

    Preparation: Mix all the ingredients using a blender. Apply the mask on your clean face. Leave it to action for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

     

    3. Banana and oatmeal against dry skin

     

    Ingredients:

     

    •3 teaspoons of oatmeal

     

    •1 teaspoon of honey

     

    •1 teaspoon of dry cream or milk powder

     

    •1/2 of a banana

     

    Preparation: Smash a banana until you obtain a paste.  Add the honey, milk and oatmeal and mix well. Apply the mask on your clean and wet face and gently massage your skin. Leave it to action 10-15 minutes. Rinse it with warm water.

     

    4. Dough with banana and flour against dry skin

     

    Ingredients:

     

    •1/3 of a banana

     

    •1 spoon of flour

     

    •cream or fat yogurt

     

    Preparation: Smash the banana. Add the flour and mix well. Apply the mask on your clean and wet face. Leave it to action 10-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water using circular moves. You can wet your skin with olive or almond oil.
