THIS IS WHY I DON'T VOTE:

There is the Way of Christ and the ways of this world.

Luke 4:18-19 (NRSV) "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Why are believers so caught up in partisan politics? Why do they feel the need to vote for unreliable and unchristian leaders (All political leaders are unchristian by definition). A self-proclaimed and Holy Spirit UN-inspired Hebrew Roots teacher once affirmed that President Trump was a Messianic figure, the rider on the white horse of Revelation 6:2 ... It would be laughable, if it was not sad!

In the Boston Herald, a Center Right newspaper, we read: EXCERPT: "Why are we having all these people from s---hole countries come here?” Trump said to lawmakers in the Oval Office, according to multiple reports, referring to immigrants from Haiti, El Salvador and African countries whose temporary protected status Trump ended. Instead, he told the lawmakers yesterday that, we should encourage more people to come from countries like Norway. [...] Members of Trump’s inner circle are unbothered by the comments, I’m told, because they believe they will play well to his base."

Christians should be a prophetic voice for hope and for renewal of the human mind. They should not be tangled up in partisan politics, but should show the Way of Christ to people of all nations. It is true for my Christian brothers and sisters in the USA and worldwide.
